Duncan Brown, PhD

Duncan Brown PhD, is an Associate Director in Global Health Economics and
Outcomes Research (GHEOR) scientific consulting at Xcenda. In his role, he conducts
a range of HEOR engagements including economic modelling, global market access
strategies, health technology assessments, evidence gap analysis, advisory boards,
and in-depth payer interviews. Dr. Brown also has extensive experience in managed
markets strategy and global payer value diagnostics to inform product strategy and
drive HEOR initiatives to enhance in- market asset performance and launch
preparation. Dr. Brown’s experience ranges across several disease areas including
oncology, cardiology, neurology, immunology, and infectious disease.
Prior to joining Xcenda, Dr. Brown was responsible for research activities with life
sciences focusing on neurodevelopmental activities with a focus on healthcare policy.
