Sarah Valaika is the Project Coordinator of STOP. LOOK. ASK. GO: Food Allergy Education for Early Childhood Professionals, an online training and education initiative.  Sarah works with the team at the Canter for Food Allergy and Asthma Research (CFAAR), part of Northwestern University and Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. She earned her MS degree in child development from the Erikson Institute and has over 25 years of experience working with young children, teaching in higher education settings and at home- parenting her four children, one whom has multiple life-threatening food allergies and special needs.
